Fair Trade Organic Coffee

All of the coffees have both Organic & Fair Trade certification.  (They also happen to be Kosher!) 

The beans are decaffeinated using a Swiss-water process, thus eliminating the use of toxic chemicals which are typically used for this purpose.

All coffees come in 1lb bags & they can be ordered as either  whole bean or ground (grind is medium, unless specified otherwise in the "Add Instructions to Seller" text box during the checkout procedure, at which time you may request either a coarse or a fine grind instead.)

These wonderful coffees are from Deans Beans in Massachusetts; I love this precedent-setting, no-nonsense, yet fun-loving company.  (At my stall at the Irvine farmers' market, I clearly display their poster which states that there is Fair & Unfair- There's No Middle Ground.)
