Ordering Information

The fastest & easiest way to order is online; the process is completely secure & is facilitated through PayPal.  When you are viewing a page hosted by PayPal, you will see the company name,   Be The Change, at the top of the page.

Shipping charges within the US are as follows:

order value up to $50.00             shipping is $6.95

order value $50.01- $75.00        shipping is $8.95

order value $75.01 - $100.00     shipping is $10.95

order value $100.01 - $150.00   shipping is $11.95

order value $150.01 - $200.00   shipping is $13.95

For special orders, such as custom made gift baskets/boxes, shipping costs may vary.

Residents of CA will be charged 7.75% tax on all items, with the exception of food & drink.

All orders will usually be shipped within 24 hours, via USPS or UPS ground.  Orders will normally arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipping.  The only exception to this is in the event that an item is inadvertently out of stock, in which case you will receive an       e-mail with details of the delay.

If you wish to send orders to more than one address then you will need to complete the ordering process in its entirety for each separate shipping address.

If you have any special requests, then please complete the "Add Instructions to Seller" text box during the checkout procedure.  For example, you may wish to include a gift card with your order, in which case you will need to specify the message you would like to send.  Also, if you are ordering ground coffee, but you do not want a medium grind (the default grind), you may select either a coarse grind or a fine grind by specifying in this text box.
